Im sorry, but WTF is up with that image??
Eat Planet?? LOL
Dai Cast still rocks, but weirds me out.
It’s a reference to episode eight, when they’re talking about unitards, Orson Welles, Transformers: The Movie, and the mentally challenged. At one point, Ian goes “EAT PLANEEEET!” in a deep, dunce-like voice.
So you’ve got a drinking game, but I think Dai-Cast has reached the level of fame that warrants fangirls. I don’t know what’s sad, that you should have fangirls, or that I want to be your fangirl.
I will bear your golden comedy manbabies! ^_^
When you mentioned the “Creepiest Promotion Ever,” I thought of this: http://mdn.mainichi-msn.co.jp/waiwai/news/20060227p2g00m0dm010000c.html But since you guys have had your fill of pedo-jokes, I’ll spare you.
Ah… another Hitler/Mein Cast reference. Add that one to the drinking game. Man, I wait for the day Dai-Cast finally becomes Mein Cast. Heil, mein fuhrer!
Roxanne
Actually, right after I submitted the drinking game, Mein Kast was the first thing I thought of that could be added onto the list. XD I’m currently doing up a couple more additions to be sent in before the next episode. Not too many, but Mein Kast is definitely one of them.
@Ryan: Yeah, we tend to freak ourselves out at some points. But we always go for the freak. We feel like we’d have let you down if we didn’t put in that extra Freak. Thanks again for listening.
@Eryn: Thanks for pointing that out. I forgot about it myself and I am in the show. Was that your ad? Did we mention you? If not we intend to give you full credit for the poster. If it’s not you, then Ian knows. Thanks for all of your support.
@Roxstar: Err, Manbabies, eh? Then we’d have a legion of soliders for our Meincast! To transition things off we could even call it DieCast! Knowing that we have fans like you listening to the show makes us want to take our humour to strange and new levels. Get ready for the freaking.
So we have the choices of DieCast!, Die-Cast-Die, or Mein Cast (or maybe it should be Mein Kast, with a “k” for that authentic fascist feeling).
“Get ready for the freaking,” eh?
So whenever I hear the theme music and the sweet dulcet tones of Ian, Beej, Jason, and Dan, I should lie back, spread my legs, and think of Japan?
Mmm, baby, that doesn’t sound so bad.
Damnit, now I want Dai-Cast to be a bi-weekly feature…
Yes, I did submit that godawful Photoshop job. Go ahead and credit me, sure. XD I’m also flattered you guys decided to use it as the podcast album/chapter artwork this week, too.
Oh right, I forgot! Beej, you promised us Hard Gay last episode! Where is the follow-up on that?! ;D
@Roxstar: “So whenever I hear the theme music and the sweet dulcet tones of Ian, Beej, Jason, and Dan, I should lie back, spread my legs, and think of Japan?”
:0
Have we met before? If not, it’s such a shame that we haven’t.
Oh, I believe we’ve met a few times at previous Animethons.
If you particularly remember that one year, with that anime imrpov that had “the dating game” and Beej had to escort some girl out of the room… That was me. ^_^ Ah, but that was years and years ago.
Although, if you ever do come back up for future Animethons, we can meet again. Not so much of a shame now, eh? At least you’ll be able to meet one of your adoring fangirls, and I won’t have to put so much effort into stalking you guys.
Just another event to add to the drinking game: every time someone makes a Hiroshima/atomic bomb joke.
Begis baby, GPAC loves you too! Glad you have a high opinion of us :) And don’t be too surprised when you wind up becoming princess Begis!
