CC Hits is a great little site providing you with links and samples of up and coming Creative Commons licensed music. All free, and most of it is pretty good too. The hook is that it is all presented in a digg.com style interface, making it nearly “stupid” easy to add your vote to a tracks popularity, as well as to sample the music, and download it. – link
